Modelling Success From Sales Letters.

It’s very easy to get distracted by the constant sales messages and hype from emails, websites and landing pages. There is a big temptation to buy everything that is “thrown” at you. This is where you have to practice some discipline or you will end up very broke and have a lot of wasted items on your hard drive.

Rather than giving into all these sales letters, you can actually use them to learn from. Pay particular attention to any sales pages that really catch your attention and compel you to want to buy. Instead of pulling your credit card out, go through the copy and take note of the headline, the text, the offer, the call to action and the guarantee. What pushes your “buttons” and makes you want to buy the product?

If you can answer that, you can then model that sales page (do not copy) and create your own successful pages. After awhile, it becomes second nature to notice what works and what doesn’t work and to be able to apply that to your own situation.

And don’t worry; these “big secrets” will always be around later when you actually need them.
